I am Travis A. Reeves, an IT consultant and founder of Kids Next Code. I graduated from Georgia Southern University in 2010 with a degree in Information Technology and later went on to receive an MBA at Central Michigan University in 2013. I have worked in IT for almost 10 years now with various companies such as SunTrust Banks, Coca-Cola Enterprises, the Georgia Lotto, and Fulton County schools to name a few.
Since 2016, Kids Next Code LLC has taught various S.T.E.M. and technology classes such as web design, mobile app design, and robotics to over 500 students in Georgia and New York. We've implemented a coding program in various locations such as Clayton County Library, Fulton County Library, and Dekalb County Jail to name a few.
Technology, education, and entrepreneurship have always been what I am most passionate about. Kids Next Code is an opportunity for me to leverage the passion I have for technology, education, and entrepreneurship while simultaneously impacting the lives of the youth in our community who need these skills to be competitive in a tech driven society.
