This Yoga for Kids course is designed to be a fun and interesting way to learn the basics of yoga. It's fun for the whole family! Yoga is beneficial to focus, flexibility and strength. The Yoga for Kids course flows nicely. The instructor has a charming way of encouraging her audience to participate. Although the Yoga for kids course is for kids ages 4 and up, anyone young at heart can also learn and enjoy from it.

Instructor
Aurana(Rana) instructed/authored and co-produced two award winning children's yoga videos called"I Can Do Yoga". Her focus has been on the overall well being of how kids can learn healthy habits. She is certified in nutrition and received her certificate to teach child yoga in 2001 from the Ananda Yoga Center. She has taught hundreds of students ages pre-school to teen where she lives in Southern California. She is available for traveling to new sites for her classes and workshops.
