- This course is designed for kids (boys and girls) ages 5-10
- No experience necessary
- The course is based on a non-militant-style, Christian philosophy (e.g. no eye gouges or curb stomps)
- The content is easy-going, fun, and simple enough to remember,
- We encourage parent involvement to help build your relationship with your child
- As with any physical activity, please consult a physician prior to adopting a self defense program

The system incorporates grappling, striking, street fight survival philosophy, and weapons training.
Who this course is for:
- This course is designed for kids ages 5-10 who are in need of defending themselves from bullies
- This course is not for children who want to learn sportive fighting skills (e.g. for tournaments)
- This course is most effective when taken with a parent so the child may practice and discuss these techniques with a responsible training partner

Brian Hiller
Co-founder
Hiller was trained as a medic in the US Army. He is a Physician Assistant (PA-C) with the Franciscan Health System in Enumclaw Washington. Hiller has been practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for 15 years. Hiller is an elder at Wabash Church and regularly teaches Sunday school classes, and he is married to Beau's sister Juliette and is a proud father of 5 kids.
Beau Chevassus
Co-founder
Chevassus has actively trained in martial arts for 16 years, acquiring his black belt in Tae Kwon Do. Chevassus is the founder and President of Knok Studio, a non-profit studio that produces media for charities and churches both regionally and on an international scale. He has done non-profit work in Nepal, India, Sierra Leone, Togo, Mexico, and across the street. Chevassus graduated from Whitworth University with a double major in Theatre (BA) & Religion (BA). He enjoys spinning fire (poi) and making videos for his YouTube partner channel, which has over 29 million views. Chevassus is an active elder on session at Wabash Church, and he loves Christian Self-defense philosophy.
