Bu eğitim ve antrenman sisteminde sıfırdan Boks, Kickboks, MuayThai ve geleneksel dövüş sanatlarında kullanılan teknikleri öğrenebilirsin ayrıca bu teknikleri  kum torbasıyla pratik yapabilirsin. Bir yandan dövüş teknikleri öğrenirken öte yandan antrenman programını takip ederek profesyonel dövüşçü gibi fit bit görünüm elde edebilirsin. Merak etme bunun için hiç bir deneyimin olmasına gerek yok! Yapman gereken herşeyi buradan benimle öğrenebilirsin. Herşeyi adım adım planladım. Hi everyone, This is Sensei Barbaros, I am a master of 6 different martial systems. I profession is a Kickboxing Personal Trainer. I also teach other types of self-defense lessons to my students.
