You will learn in this course how to warm up, cool down, lift a kettlebell safely, swing a kettlebell properly and safely without injuring yourself, program basic movements, and learn about grips.

After completing the course you will have an understanding of putting basic kettlebell exercises together that will flow in your kettlebell workouts.

This course is designed to give you the sound knowledge to get you started on your kettlebell journey by watching the video demonstrations and reading the units in each section.
