Welcome to the Broadcasts mini course - this course is all about using the Broadcast feature inside of Keap.
In the second module of this course we'll get clear on exactly what a broadcast is and isn't.
Now that you know what a broadcast is, let's review a few common scenarios where you might find yourself using a broadcast in your business.
Alright Pro and Max Users, this one is for you. In this module we'll log into your Pro or Max version of Keap and show you the specific steps for scheduling a broadcast to a portion of your audience.
(If you use Max Classic, formerly known as Infusionsoft, then you'll want to jump to the next section of the course.)
If you'd like to learn more about tagging, check out the Tags in Keap course next.
Once you've sent a broadcast, then you'll want to keep an eye on how it performs. In this module we'll cover the reporting insights you can access for your broadcasts inside Keap Pro or Max.
If you'd like to learn more about getting emails to the inbox successfully, check out the Email Deliverability Foundations course next.
Now then, Max Classic Users, it's your turn to party. In this module we'll log into the Max Classic version of Keap (formerly known as Infusionsoft) and show you the specific steps for scheduling a broadcast to a portion of your audience.
Once you've sent a broadcast, then you'll want to keep an eye on how it performs. In this module we'll cover the reporting insights you can access for your broadcasts inside Max Classic.
Before we send you off into the wild with your new found skills, we want to cover a handful of considerations that may save you time. These gotchas and best practices should help you avoid some of the more common stumbling blocks we've seen.
Thanks for spending time with us throughout this course. Your parting challenge is to send a broadcast!
A broadcast email is the quickest and easiest way to get a message out to your audience. If you have something to say, the tech shouldn't slow you down.
This mini course is designed to explain what a broadcast is, to cover key scenarios where it might be useful, and then walk through the technical steps to send a broadcast message to your audience, or a portion of your audience.
Whether you use Keap Pro, Max, or Ultimate (formerly Max Classic) this course has the guidance and direction your implementer needs.
Did you know you can schedule emails to send later? By scheduling sends, you can build and execute your follow-up without having to be in front of your computer during the times you want to send.
Additionally we can look at all the reporting options you have to analyze the success and engagement of each broadcast. If you don't yet have Keap, this is a good course to understand some of the basic email marketing capabilities that the tool brings to the table, but it is just the "tip of the Iceberg" when it comes to power that this tool has in order to communicate with your leads, prospects, and customers.
Marketing is all about building a relationship with your contacts and through this course you'll have a clear direction in how you want to follow-up using a broadcast methodology. See you in the first module!
