Last updated 10/2026
English

What you'll learn

  • Sit five timed 60-question practice exams that match the KCSA format and its 75 percent pass mark
  • Apply the 4Cs model, Pod Security Standards, RBAC, network policies and secrets management to real cluster scenarios
  • Reason about the Kubernetes threat model, supply chain security, audit logging and platform hardening
  • Read manifests, audit log tables and cluster diagrams the way the exam presents them, and map questions to compliance frameworks

Included in This Course

300 questions
  • Practice Test 1: KCSA, 60 questions, 90 minutes60 questions
  • Practice Test 2: KCSA, 60 questions, 90 minutes60 questions
  • Practice Test 3: KCSA, 60 questions, 90 minutes60 questions
  • Practice Test 4: KCSA, 60 questions, 90 minutes60 questions
  • Practice Test 5: KCSA, 60 questions, 90 minutes60 questions

Description

EXAM SIMULATOR, NOT A VIDEO COURSE. Every minute here is spent on exam-style questions: timed like the real exam and reviewed option by option. Use it after you have studied, to find out whether you are ready and exactly where you would lose marks.

WHY THESE EXAMS

  • 5 full length practice exams, 300 original questions, each exam 60 questions in 90 minutes with a 75 percent pass mark, the same shape as the real KCSA exam.

  • Every answer option explained, not only the correct one, with a key takeaway and a link to the Kubernetes, CNCF or NIST documentation behind the question.

  • Every question tagged with its exam domain, so you see exactly where you lose marks.

  • Scenario questions with exhibits: cluster diagrams, audit log and RBAC tables, policy and vulnerability charts you read before choosing, the way you read a cluster at work.

  • Two ways to study: Exam mode, timed and scored, or Practice mode, untimed, where you check each answer as you go and can draw questions from one domain only.

WHAT THIS IS NOT. This course is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by The Linux Foundation or the Cloud Native Computing Foundation. KCSA and Kubernetes are trademarks of The Linux Foundation. Every question was written from the publicly available exam curriculum and the Kubernetes documentation. Nothing is copied from the real exam or from anyone else’s practice tests.

WHAT YOU GET. Questions follow the six domains of the official KCSA curriculum and their weights: Overview of Cloud Native Security (14 percent), Kubernetes Cluster Component Security (22 percent), Kubernetes Security Fundamentals (22 percent), Kubernetes Threat Model (16 percent), Platform Security (16 percent) and Compliance and Security Frameworks (10 percent). The five exams build on each other: the first covers the curriculum evenly, the middle three go deeper into the areas candidates most often confuse (the 4Cs model, RBAC versus admission control, Pod Security Standards, network policies, secrets and etcd, supply chain and image security, audit logging and threat modelling), and the last is a harder mixed review.

HOW THE QUESTIONS ARE WRITTEN. Most questions put you in a situation a platform or security engineer actually faces: a container running as root, a service account with too much access, a leaked secret, an audit log that shows something unusual, a team choosing a compliance framework. You read the manifest, the log table or the diagram, then choose the explanation or the next step, the way the exam asks.

WHO THIS IS FOR. Platform engineers, developers, security practitioners and students preparing for the Kubernetes and Cloud Native Security Associate exam who want a realistic test of readiness. No coding is required beyond reading manifests and command output, just like the real exam.

If you find a question you think is wrong, post in the Q&A with the question code shown at the end of its explanation. Every report is checked against the Kubernetes documentation and fixed if needed.

Who this course is for:

  • Platform engineers, developers, security practitioners and students preparing for the Kubernetes and Cloud Native Security Associate (KCSA) exam
  • Anyone who wants to check their readiness with realistic, fully explained questions
