- How to gain control and calm their mind, to replace negative thoughts with positive ones
- The Master Key System - Updated for the 21st Century
- An open mind and willingness to put in effort
- An ability to appreciate our physical existence isn't our whole self
Taking its inspiration from the great religious faiths and doctrines, Karmacise is a modern way to gain inner peace and self-realisation through dedicated practice and through a network of both online communities and local groups.
This course has been created from The Master Key System which has been updated for 21st Century use, with some additional modern methods of thinking. The course is structured around 24 weekly modules which are practised each day for around 15 minutes per day, along with a 30 day training programme to reinforce the information and to help users form the 'habit' of positive behaviour.
Our mission is to build a network of followers and pull-together those who may be disillusioned with traditional faith systems, to help change our world for the better. Our members are encouraged to work in the community and to appreciate the importance of looking after our planet, as well as those who inhabit it with us.
The law of attraction is very relevant in the modern age and has millions of followers, however these are currently disparate and Karmacise will help bring people with such beliefs together to create a positive vibration through shared experience and a common vision for our future.
WHAT IS KARMACISE?
Karmacise is a system of self-development created to help you achieve your desires by focusing your energy onto yourself, those you interact with and the universe around you, to help grow from within and help you focus on having a positive impact during your time on this planet. Helping you form the habit of positive behaviour to bring about change in your life. Change your thoughts, change your life is a simple way to consider the intention of this course.
Aristotle (Greek Philosopher) described the 'Golden Mean' as the ideal place for humans to be, i.e. it's effectively a balanced place where all factors of your life are in equilibrium. Karmacise helps you find this place and with training keep you there.
We have broken down life into five sections, Universe, Environment, Physical Body, EGO (mind) & Potential. Each element being represented by a colour which is used to symbolize your efforts and to remind you to focus. Each section has 5 core principles and we use these to focus our daily lives on the achievement of that which we seek.
We have created a 30 day training plan which can be adapted by users (created from elements of the Law of Attraction, Vedic and other similar philosophy) to help you focus your attention on what you want to achieve and to help you change your thoughts to focus on what’s important in life.
Karmacise has, as the name suggests, being created out of the word Karma and exercise, i.e. in simple terms Karmacise is exercise for the soul/mind/spirit/etc. The intention is to create a system to help individuals change, to achieve more and to find whatever it is that they seek.
The philosophy is simple i.e. that we are all cosmic entities manifest within a human form, essentially children of the universe created as part of and from the cosmic soup we call The Universe/God/Creator/etc. Modern terminolgy being Dark Matter. By learning to control our conduit to that Dark Matter, i.e. our mind, we can steer the course through this cosmic soup and help find our life's purpose.
So nothing new there you say, true and why would there be? The philosophy of life isn’t new and has been studied, discussed, altered and/or amended as necessary for thousands of years, from Vedic philosophy, to Buddhism, Christianity, Judaism, Islam, Humanist, etc. etc. etc. Karmacise is different in as much as it’s a simple process, a system that facilitates change without dictating how or what that change is or should be for the individual who’s life it is intended to benefit.
Karmacise is not a religion it’s simply a compendium of thoughts, ideas, exercises and philosophy I’ve learned over the last 10 years or so. It’s not the only way, in fact there is no ‘only way’ to achieve enlightenment. But it is a way that could allow you to do so and one that doesn’t rely upon guilt, fear, reward or profit. It doesn’t promise enlightenment through chanting particular mantras or praying to some God or other, Karmacise is exercise for the soul, a soul that lives within each person and a soul that is unique to that person. Happiness comes from being happy, controlling your mind better can we believe help you find your personal happiness.
What makes me qualified to bring this to you, nothing really but I’m inspired to do so and in my mind that’s sufficient! If you disagree and believe that only Priests, Prophets, Poet’s or other such People can help you achieve enlightenment, then stop reading now and go find such a person. My view is that salvation can only be found within our self, if someone else is providing salvation to us then it’s their salvation and not ours.
HOW WE ARE DIFFERENT
Part of the problem with the established religions, faiths and doctrines is that they bring with them historic baggage, for instance think of a follower of the Jewish faith (often referred to as Jews) and you likely conjure up a pre-installed opinion of that person and who they are. Same can be applied to any religion. This is because without knowing it you have been programmed based upon past experience, teachings and are being affected to a greater or lesser extent by conditioning of others as to how to think about such religions and those who follow them. Your opinion is a conditioned one, whichever religion you think of. Change the conditioning and you can, we believe, change how you look at our world and our intention is that when you look, you see and create positive energy and our course is designed to help you find that place.
Karmacise doesn't have such historic baggage or align itself with any religion, believing that GOD (Giver Of Divinity) is within each of us and as we are all created from a single source (The Big Bang if you like) are all part of one creation.
The power to change who we are, and by default the world around us, lies within ourselves, as such we need to practice positive thought, exercise and have a belief that we can change our historic beliefs and conditioning to facilitate a change for the better in our world.
If Karmacise was to be considered as similar to other faiths, it would have its roots in Hindu (Vedic) philosophy, Taoism, Buddhism and would compare the practices to those of Islam & Christianity which are designed, in my view albeit somewhat misinterpreted over the centuries, to help the individual gain control of themselves and their thoughts, to help the world change through peaceful thoughts and to help us realise our place in the greater plan. Each of us interprets our own faith, based upon standards provided to us by others, whereas Karmacise is about individual responsibility for your thoughts and as such what you believe.

- Those seeking enlightenment
- People who want to improve their method of thinking
- Those who are disillusioned with our historic faith based systems
Karmacise is created from The Master Key System and is a process to help people gain control of their thoughts and to appreciate the world we inhabit, teaching students how to be grateful and to interact with the planet and those we share it with.
Explains what possession is based upon and the cause of all gain, what is the cause of loss as well as all other experiences in life.
It will explain how power is secured.
Outlines the details of our world within and how this world is governed.
This section explains how the solution for every problem in life may be found.
It explains how practical men and women can find the courage, power, hope, enthusiasm, and confidence by which they are given the intelligence and wisdom to make their dreams come true.
It details how more efficiency can be obtained and then retained, and how our future can be placed under our own control
This section explains the cause of every condition, reasoning for every experience, the origin of all power, and why all power is certainly ours to control.
It is my privilege to enclose herewith Part One of Karmacise system which is based upon The Master Key system updated and adapted to 21st Century thinking and the world we live in.
We become what we believe we can become.
Do you want to bring into your life more power? Get the power consciousness. More health? Get the health consciousness. More happiness? Get the happiness consciousness. Live the spirit of these things until they become yours by right. It will then become impossible to keep them from you. The things of the world are fluid to a power within man, by which he rules them.Power comes from within not without, as such by controlling your thoughts and developing your mind, you can adapt the universe around you, to reflect back what you want reflected.
You need not acquire this power. You already have it. But you want to understand it; you want to use it; you want to control it; you want to impregnate yourself with it, so that you can go forward and carry the world before you.
Day by day as you go on and on, as you gain momentum, as your inspiration deepens, as your plans crystallize, as you gain understanding, you will come to realize that this world is no dead pile of stones and timber, but that it is a living thing! It is made up of the beating hearts of humanity. It is a thing of life and beauty. The interspaces of the physical world are filled with the quantum power of the universe, it is this, that binds us within that potential where we can manifest our desires. However, to do so, we much first learn to control our thoughts and manage our physical being. Karmacise has been developed to help people do exactly that.
POINT TO NOTE: We can only find that which we seek by first knowing, what that, particular thing is. Our minds are controlled to a great extent by our EGO, it is this aspect of our being that we need to manage and learn to control, by doing so we can change our behaviours to positively affect all things around us and by doing so will ultimately change ourselves for the better.
It is evident that it requires understanding to work with material of this description, but those who come into this understanding, are inspired by a new light, a new force, they gain confidence and greater power each day, they realize their hopes and their dreams come true, life has a deeper, fuller, clearer meaning
Our difficulties are largely due to confused ideas and ignorance of our true interests. The great task is to discover the laws of nature to which we are to adjust ourselves. Clear thinking and moral insight are, therefore, of incalculable value. All processes, even those of thought, rest on solid foundations.
The keener the sensibilities, the more acute the judgment, the more delicate the taste, the more refined the moral feelings, the more, subtle the intelligence, the loftier the aspiration – the purer and more intense are the gratifications which existence yields. Hence it is, that the study of the best that has been thought in the world gives supreme pleasure.
The powers uses and possibilities of the mind under the new interpretations are incomparably more wonderful than the most extravagant accomplishment, or even dreams of material progress. Thought is energy. Active thought is active energy; concentrated thought is concentrated energy. Thought concentrated on a definite purpose becomes power. This is the power which is being used by those who do not believe in the virtue of poverty, or the beauty of self-denial. They perceive that this is the talk of weaklings.
The ability to receive and manifest this power depends upon the ability to recognize the Infinite Energy ever dwelling in man, constantly creating and recreating his body and mind, and ready at any moment to manifest through him in any needful manner. In exact proportion to the recognition of this truth will be the manifestation in the outer life of the individual.
Part Two explains the method by which this is accomplished.
You have found that the Individual may act on the Universal, and that the result of this action and interaction is cause and effect. Thought, therefore, is the cause, and the experiences with which you meet in life are the effect.
Eliminate, therefore, any possible tendency to complain of conditions as they have been, or as they are, because it rests with you to change them and make them what you would like them to be. Direct your effort to a realization of the mental resources, always at your command, from which all real and lasting power comes.
Persist in this practice until you come to a realization of the fact that there can be no failure in the accomplishment of any proper object in life if you but understand your power and persist in your object, because the mind forces are ever ready to lend themselves to a purposeful will, in the effort to crystallize thought and desire into actions, events and conditions.
Whereas in the beginning of each function of life and each action is the result of conscious thought, the habitual actions become automatic and the thought that controls them passes into the realm of the sub- conscious; yet it is just as intelligent as before. It is necessary that it become automatic or sub -conscious, in order that the sub-conscious mind may attend to other things. The new actions will, however, in their turn, become habitual, then automatic, then subconscious in order that the mind again may be freed from this detail and advanced to still other activities.
When you realize this, you will have found a source of power which will enable you to take care of any situation in life which may develop.
Enclosed herewith I provide you with Part Four. This part will show you why what you think, or do, or feel, is an indication of what you are.
Thought is energy, and energy is power, and it is because all the religions, sciences and philosophies with which the world has until now been familiar with have been based upon the manifestation of this energy instead of the energy itself, that the world has been limited to effects, while causes have been ignored or misunderstood.
It is worth noting that the students do not give credit for their achievements to an external deity, God, but credit themselves with the result of their efforts. All change comes from within, not without.
It is for this reason we have a God and the Devil in religion, positive and negative in science, and good and bad in philosophy.
The Master Key (from which Karmacise is derived) reverses the process; it is interested only in cause, and the letters received from students who have studied The Master Key System tell a marvellous story; they indicate conclusively that students are finding the cause which helped them secure for themselves health, harmony, abundance, and whatever else may be necessary for their welfare and happiness.
Life is expressive and it is our business to express ourselves harmoniously and constructively. Sorrow, misery, unhappiness, disease and poverty are not necessities and we are constantly eliminating them.
But this process of eliminating consists in rising above and beyond limitation of any kind. He who has strengthened and purified his thought need not concern himself about microbes, and he who has come into an understanding of the law of abundance will go at once to the source of supply where he is able to access a limitless amount of everything he needs to achieve his earnest desires.
MEMORABLE QUOTE: MIND is the universal intelligence behind life, consciousness creates an awareness of what we call reality, and thought is the power to create our moment to moment existence – Syd Banks
It is such that fate, fortune and destiny will be controlled as readily as a captain controls his ship, or an engineer his train. Our thoughts are the rudder of our ship travelling through the universal soup, know your direction of travel and steer a true course to reach your destination.
This lesson explains the fundamental principle i.e. the immutable law underlying every successful business relationship or social condition. You'll understand law by which you may make yourself irresistible and that by which you may wipe away every form of inharmony, discord and doubt.
You'll learn the secret of the solution to every problem that you encounter and that there are only three things which all humans require for our complete happiness and to realise our true potential.
It is my privilege to enclose Part Six. This part will give you an excellent understanding of the most wonderful piece of mechanism which has ever been created. A mechanism whereby you may create for yourself Health, Strength, Success, Prosperity or any other condition which you desire. Necessities are demands, and demands create action, and actions bring about results. The process of evolution is constantly building our tomorrows out of our todays. Individual development, like Universal development, must be gradual with an ever-increasing capacity and volume.
The knowledge that if we infringe upon the rights of others, we become moral thorns and find ourselves entangled at every turn of the road, should be an indication that success is contingent upon the highest moral ideal, which is “The greatest good to the greatest number.”
Aspiration, desire and harmonious relations constantly and persistently maintained will accomplish results. The greatest hindrance is erroneous and fixed ideas.
To be in tune with eternal truth we must possess poise and harmony within. In order to receive intelligence the receiver must be in tune with the transmitter.
Thought is a product of Mind and Mind is creative, but this does not mean that the Universal will change its modus operandi to suit us or our ideas, but it does mean that we can come into harmonious relationship with the Universal, and when we have accomplished this we may ask anything to which we are entitled, and the way will be made plain.
In this lesson you'll learn the means by which people have discovered that all we think is real in the physical world is actually in the final analysis nothing but force, motion, life, and mind all of which are formed from an infinite source of which you are a part.
You'll learn directions for making use of the creative power of the Universe, which is the power by which all things are brought into existence into our physical realm..
This lesson will discuss the many counterfeits and perversions which can lead many of us to think that something can be obtained without effort and goes on to clearly demonstrate that there is no easy road to success.
You'll learn that a person must give before to receive and learn that if we cannot give money, we can at least give service, and failing that we can give time and thought.
Part Nine is enclosed herewith. In this section you will learn to fashion the tools by which you can build for yourself any condition you desire. It is simply a matter of practice and dedication to the process.
If you wish to change conditions you must change yourself. Your whims, your wishes, your fancies, your ambitions may be thwarted at every step, but your innermost thoughts will find expression just as certainly as the plant springs from the seed without any intervention.
Be thankful for what you have; you will end up having more. If you concentrate on what you do not have, you will never, ever have enough.’ Oprah Winfrey’Read more at: https://www.brainyquote.com/quotes/quotes/o/oprahwinfr163087.html?src=t_thanksgiving
Suppose, then, we desire to change conditions, how are we to bring this about? The reply is simple: by the law of growth. Cause and effect are as absolute and undeviating in the hidden realm of thought as in the world of material things.Remember nothing in the physical world was ever created without it first being formed in the mind of the person creating it.
Hold in mind the condition desired; affirm it as an already existing fact, feel as if you have it and express outwardly your gratitude for having been provided with that you seek. This is a very of a powerful affirmation and is effectively you transmitting your desire to the universe which has no option other than to grant your wish. By constant repetition it becomes a part of ourselves. We are actually changing ourselves; are making ourselves what we want to be.
Character is not a thing of chance, but it is the result of continued effort. If you are timid, vacillating, self-conscious, or if you are over-anxious or harassed by thoughts of fear or impending danger, remember that it is axiomatic that “two things cannot exist in the same place at the same time.” Exactly the same thing is true in the mental and spiritual world; so that your remedy is plainly to substitute thoughts of courage, power, self-reliance and confidence, for those of fear, lack and limitation.
The easiest and most natural way to do this is to select an affirmation which seems to fit your particular case. The positive thought will destroy the negative as certainly as light destroys darkness, and the results will be just as effectual.
Action is the blossom of thought, and conditions are the result of action, so that you constantly have in your possession the tools by which you will certainly and inevitably make or unmake yourself, and joy or suffering will be the reward.
If you get a thorough understanding or the thought contained in Part Ten, you will have learned that nothing happens without a definite cause. You will be enabled to formulate your plans in accordance with exact knowledge. You will know how to control any situation by bringing adequate causes into play. When you win, as you will, you will know exactly why.
The ordinary man, who has no definite knowledge of cause and effect, is governed by his feelings or emotions. He thinks chiefly to justify his action. If he fails as a business man, he says that luck is against him. If he dislikes music, he says that music is an expensive luxury. If he is a poor office man, he says that he could succeed better at some outdoor work. If he lacks friends, he says his individuality is too fine to be appreciated.
He never thinks his problem through to the end. In short, he does not know that every effect is the result of a certain definite cause, but he seeks to console himself with explanations and excuses. He thinks only in self-defence.
On the contrary, the man who understands that there is no effect without an adequate cause thinks impersonally. He gets down to bed rock facts regardless of consequences. He is free to follow the trail of truth wherever it may lead. He sees the issue clear to the end, and he meets the requirements fully and fairly, and the result is that the world gives him all that it has to give, in friendship, honour, love and approval.
In this lesson we'll explain the nature of Wealth and show how this is created and upon what it depends. We'll show why success is dependent upon having an ideal that is greater than the simple accumulation of physical riches.
Success depends upon your creative ability to create the necessary conditions for attainment of such wealth and this lesson discusses that. We'll show that premature wealth is simply the forerunner of potential disaster and humiliation, going on to shot some methods by which we can take fate out of the domain of pure change and how you can consciously make the conditions we desire.
The lesson discusses how we may bring about success by using the scientific and exact methods outlined in this course, going on to explain how we all have the ability to create the harmonious and constructive conditions to bring about our desires, but how we also have the ability to create and bring into existence their opposite purely by being ignorant of this law.
Faith is taking the first step even when you do not see the whole staircase. ‘Dr Martin Luther King Jr’
Part Twelve is enclosed. In the fourth paragraph, you will find the following statement: “You must first have the knowledge of your power; second, the courage to dare; third, the faith to do.”
If you concentrate upon the thoughts given, if you give them your entire attention, you will find a world of meaning in each sentence, and will attract to yourself other thoughts in harmony with them, and you will soon grasp the full significance of the vital knowledge upon which you are concentrating.
Knowledge does not apply itself; we as individuals must make the application, and the application consists in fertilizing the thought with a living purpose.
POINT TO NOTE: The Islamic faith instructs its followers to focus their mind onto a single place on the planet, several times a day, for a given timer period, whilst thinking about a particular subject i.e. God. This is a powerful example of how, over many centuries, faith leaders have realised the power of thought, both on the individual having that thought, and on the universe more generally. Imagine if Millions of followers we all concentrating on exactly the same thing, peace & love, how powerful could such vibration be?
The time and thought which most people waste in aimless effort would accomplish wonders if properly directed with some special object in view. In order to do this, it is necessary to centre your mental force upon a specific thought and hold it there, to the exclusion of all other thoughts. If you have ever looked through the focusing screen of a camera, you found that when the object was not in focus, the impression was indistinct and possibly blurred, but when the proper focus was obtained the picture was clear and distinct. This illustrates the power of concentration. Unless you can concentrate upon the object which you have in view, you will have but a hazy, indifferent, vague, indistinct and blurred outline of your ideal and the results will be in accordance with your mental picture.
Physical science is responsible for the marvellous age of invention in which we are now living, but spiritual science is now setting out on a career whose possibilities no one can foretell.
Spiritual science has until now been the football of the uneducated, the superstitious, the mystical, but people are now interested in definite methods and demonstrated facts only.
We have come to know that thinking is a spiritual process, that vision and imagination precede action and event, that the day of the dreamer has come. The following lines by Mr. Herbert Kaufman are interesting in this connection.
“They are the architects of greatness, their vision lies within their souls, they peer beyond the veils and mists of doubt and pierce the walls of unborn Time. The belted wheel, the trail of steel, the churning screw, are shuttles in the loom on which they weave their magic tapestries. Makers of Empire, they have fought for bigger things than crowns and higher seats than thrones. Your homes are set upon the land a dreamer found. The pictures on its walls are visions from a dreamer's soul.”
“They are the chosen few – the blazers of the way. Walls crumble and Empires fall, the tidal wave sweeps from the sea and tears a fortress from its rocks. The rotting nations drop from off Time's bough, and only things the dreamers make live on.”
Part Thirteen which is provided below tells why the dreams of the dreamer come true. It explains the law of causation by which dreamers, inventors, authors, financiers, bring about the realization of their desires. It explains the law by which the thing pictured upon our mind eventually becomes our own.
You have found from your study this far that thought is a spiritual activity and is therefore endowed with creative power. This does not mean that some thought is creative, but that all thought is creative. This same principle can be brought into operation in a negative way, through the process of denial.
The conscious and subconscious are but two phases of action in connection with one mind. The relation of the subconscious to the conscious is quite similar to that existing between a weather vane and the atmosphere. Just as the least pressure of the atmosphere causes an action on the part of the weather vane, so does the least thought entertained by the conscious mind produce within your subconscious mind action in exact proportion to the depth of feeling characterizing the thought and the intensity with which the thought is indulged.
It follows that if you deny unsatisfactory conditions, you are withdrawing the creative power of your thought from these conditions. You are cutting them away at the root. You are sapping their vitality.
Remember that the law of growth necessarily governs every manifestation in the objective, so that a denial of unsatisfactory conditions will not bring about instant change. A plant will remain visible for some time after its roots have been cut, but it will gradually fade away and eventually disappear, so the withdrawal of your thought from the contemplation of unsatisfactory conditions will gradually but surely terminate these conditions.
Where attention goes, energy flows. So focus your thought energy onto the conditions you want, not those you do not!
You will see that this is an exactly opposite course from the one which we would naturally be inclined to adopt. It will therefore have an exactly opposite effect to the one usually secured. Most people concentrate intently upon unsatisfactory conditions, thereby giving the condition that measure of energy and vitality which is necessary in order to supply a vigorous growth.
There are many ways for us to reinforce the proposition that our process works, for instance experiments with parasites found on plants indicate that even the lowest order of life is enabled to take advantage of natural law and by doing so can live a harmonious life in tune with our planet, themselves and those around them.
This experiment was made by Jaques Loeb, M.D., Ph. D., a member of the Rockefeller Institute.
“In order to obtain the material, potted rose bushes are brought into a room and placed in front of a closed window. If the plants are allowed to dry out, the aphides (parasites), previously wingless, change to winged insects. After the metamorphosis, the animals leave the plants, fly to the window and then creep upward on the glass.”
It is evident that these tiny insects found that the plants on which they had been thriving were dead, and that they could therefore secure nothing more to eat and drink from this source. The only method by which they could save themselves from starvation was to grow temporary wings and fly, which they did.
Experiments such as these indicate that Omniscience as well as Omnipotence is omnipresent and that the tiniest living thing can take advantage of it in an emergency.
Part Fifteen will tell you more about the law under which we all live out our lives on this planet. It will explain that these laws operate to our advantage; that all conditions and experiences that come to us are for our benefit; that we gain strength in proportion to the effort expended, and that our happiness is best attained through a conscious co-operation with natural laws.
The Septimal Law (also referred to as the Law of Periodicity or Law of Sevens) states that the progression of a person’s life goes in 7 cycles. Therefore every 7 years a person enters a new cycle of life. Biology (along with Stanford School of Medicine) state that every cell in your skeleton regenerates every 7 years.
This effectively means that you, at least biologically, become a new person every 7-year cycle. The benefit of having this knowledge is that you can consciously become who you choose or want to be and still comply with this law.
As we have learnt the universe and everything within it comprises of small particles of matter, Atoms, Electrons, Neutrons, etc… that are all vibrating within a seemingly empty space. The vibratory activities of the planetary Universe are governed by a law of periodicity. Everything that lives has periods of birth, growth, fruitage and decline. These periods are governed by the Septimal Law.
The Law of Sevens governs the days of the week, the phases of the moon, the harmonies of sound, light, heat, electricity, magnetism, atomic structure. It governs the life of individuals and of nations, and it dominates the activities of the commercial world.
Life is growth, and growth is change, each seven years period takes us into a new cycle. The first seven years is the period of infancy. The next seven the period of childhood, representing the beginning of individual responsibility. The next seven represents the period of adolescence. The fourth period marks the attainment of full growth. The fifth period is the constructive period, when men begin to acquire property, possessions, a home and family. The next from 35 to 42, is a period of reactions and changes, and this in turn is followed by a period of reconstruction, adjustment and recuperation, so as to be ready for a new cycle of sevens, beginning with the fiftieth year.
There are many who think that the world has now entered into the seventh period, the period of readjustment, reconstruction and harmony; the period which is frequently referred to as the Millennium. When we look around us at the world and how it is changing, it is easy to see this is possible.
For instance, man has been around for many thousands of years and during that time our potential, i.e. brain power, has not changed that much. The tools we have used to build our world, i.e. resources we have, have not miraculously appeared from the cosmos, no they were always here. However, in the last 50 years or so, less than a person’s lifetime, our world has changed and continues to change beyond recognition. Why has this change only happened in the last 50 years and not before? Does this prove the theory?
Those familiar with these cycles will not be disturbed when things seem to go wrong, but can apply the principle outlined in these lessons with the full assurance that a higher law will invariably control all other laws, and that through an understanding and conscious operation of spiritual laws, we can convert every seeming difficulty into a blessing.
The kind of Deity which a man, consciously or unconsciously, worships, indicates the intellectual status of the worshipper.
Ask the American Indian of God, and he will describe to you a powerful chieftain of a glorious tribe. Ask the Pagan of God, and he will tell you of a God of fire, a God of water, a God of this, that and the other.
Ask the Israelite of God, and he will tell you of the God of Moses, who conceived it expedient to rule by coercive measures; hence, the Ten Commandments. Or of Joshua, who led the Israelites into battle, confiscated property, murdered the prisoners and laid waste to cities.
The so-called heathen made “graven images” of their Gods, whom they were accustomed to worship, but among the most intelligent, at least, these images were but the visible fulcrums with which they were enabled to mentally concentrate on the qualities which they desired to externalize in their lives.
We of the twenty first century worship a God of Love in theory, but in practice we make for ourselves “graven images” of “Wealth,” “Power,” “Fashion,” “Custom” and “Conventionality.” We “fall down” before them and worship them. We concentrate on them and they are thereby externalized in our lives.
The student who masters the contents of Part Seventeen will not mistake the symbols for the reality; he will be interested in causes, rather than effects. He will concentrate on the realities of life, and will then not be disappointed in the results.
The person worshipping the God of the twenty-first century looks inward to find their God, their Creator, the one thing that gives them the power to manifest their desires. The irony is, in my opinion, this twenty-first century God is exactly the same God that our ancestors worshipped, the one Jesus, Moses, Mohammad, Buddha, etc. referred to, i.e. the Creator is YOU! No matter which God you worship, change begins within and your belief system, dependent upon the Doctrine you follow, is shaped in your Mind long before it is manifest in the material world. Islam is, in my view, a method of training oneself to achieve a state of peace and love, Christian Prayer is designed to do the same thing and Buddhist Meditation all focus our attention on our self, long before you try to find justification for your actions in an external entity.
In order to grow we must obtain what is necessary for our growth. This is brought about through the law of attraction. This principle is the sole means by which the individual is differentiated from the Universal.
Think for a moment, what would a person be if they were not a wife, husband, mother, father or brother, if they were not interested in the social, economic, political or religious world. They would be nothing but an abstract theoretical ego. The would exist, therefore, only in relation to the whole, in his relation to other people, in their relation to society. This relation constitutes their environment and in no other way.
It is evident, therefore, that the individual is simply the differentiation of the one Universal Mind “which lights every man that comes into the world,” and his so -called individuality or personality consists of nothing but the manner in which he relates with the whole.
This we call his environment and is brought about by the law of attraction.
Part Eighteen, which is provided below, has something more to say concerning this important law.
Fear (False Expectation Affecting Reality) is a powerful form of thought. It paralyzes the nerve centres, thus affecting the circulation of the blood. This, in turn, paralyzes the muscular system, so that fear affects the entire being, body, brain and nerve, physical, mental and muscular.
Of course the way to overcome fear is to become conscious of power. What is this mysterious vital force which we call power? We do not know: neither do we know what electricity or gravity are. But we do know that by conforming to the requirements of the law by which these are governed, it will be our obedient servant; that it will light our homes, our cities, run our machinery and serve us in many useful capacities.
And so it is with vital force. Although we do not know what it is, and possibly may never know, we do know that it is a primary force which manifests through living bodies, and that by complying with the laws and principles by which it is governed, we can open ourselves to a more abundant inflow of this vital energy, and by doing so we can express the highest possible degree of mental, moral and spiritual efficiency.
The lesson which is provided below tells of a very simple way of developing this vital force. If you put into practice the information outlined in this lesson you will soon develop the sense of power which has ever been the distinguishing mark of genius.
For many years there has been an endless discussion as to the origin of evil. Theologians have told us that God is Love, and that God is Omnipresent. If this is true, there is no place where God is not. Where, then, is Evil, Satan and Hell? Let us see: God is Spirit.
Spirit is the Creative Principle of the Universe. Man is made in the image and likeness of God. Man is therefore a spiritual being. God, for the purpose of Karmacise, is considered to be the creative force present in the universe and within each person. We are the creators of our destiny, within the infinite limitations of the universe around us, so as such we are God. Without our belief in God, which many do not possess or still many others have a different interpretation of what that God instructs us to do, there can be no God as God is a creation within our own Mind, whereas the power that is represented by that God is found all around and within us.
The only activity which spirit possesses is the power to think. Thinking is therefore a creative process.
All form is therefore the result of the thinking process. The destruction of form must also be a result of the thinking process.
Fictitious representations of form are the result of the creative power of thought, as in Hypnotism.
Apparent representations of form are the result of the creative power of thought, as in Spiritualism.
Invention, organization and constructive work of all kinds are the result of the creative power of thought, as in concentration.
When the creative power of thought is manifested for the benefit of humanity, we call the result good.
When the creative power of thought is manifested in a destructive or evil manner, we call the result evil.
This indicates the origin of both good and evil; they are simply words which have been coined in order to indicate the nature of the result of the thinking or creative process. Thought necessarily precedes and predetermines action; action precedes and predetermines condition.
Part Twenty will throw more light upon this important subject.
Here we enclose Part Twenty-One. In paragraph seven you will find that one of the secrets of success, one of the methods of organizing victory, one of the accomplishments of the Master Mind is to think big thoughts. This sounds obvious; however most people seem to concern themselves with their everyday existence and by doing so never contemplate the bigger picture. It is simple really, think small stay small, think big become bigger.
In paragraph 8 you will find that everything which we hold in our consciousness for any length of time becomes impressed upon our sub consciousness and so becomes a pattern which the creative energy will wave into our life and environment. This is the secret of the wonderful power of prayer, meditation, contemplation or however you refer to your practice of calming the mind. We call it Karmacise.
We know that the universe is governed by law; that for every effect there must be a cause, and that the same cause, under the same conditions, will invariably produce the same effect. Consequently, if prayer has ever been answered, it will always be answered, if the proper conditions are complied with. This must necessarily be true; otherwise the universe would be a chaos instead of a cosmos. The answer to prayer is therefore subject to law, and this law is definite, exact and scientific, just as are the laws governing gravitation and electricity. An understanding of this law takes the foundation of any religious doctrine out of the realm of superstition and credulity and places it upon the firm rock of scientific understanding.
But, unfortunately, there are comparatively few people who know how to calm their mind. They understand that there are laws governing electricity, mathematics and chemistry, but, for some inexplicable reason, it never seems to occur to them that there are also spiritual laws, and that these laws are also definite, scientific, exact, and operate with immutable precision.
Most people live their lives being ruled by the EGO (the reactionary part of the Mind designed to protect us), which if left unchecked can completely dominate our physical existence.Karmacise was created out of a need to first recognise the existence of this EGO part of the brain, going on through our exercises and constant repetition of such practice, to teach you how to control the EGO and by learning to do so you can learn to alter your entire existence.
In Part Twenty-Two you will find that thoughts are spiritual seeds, which, when planted in the sub-conscious mind, tend to sprout and grow, but unfortunately the fruit is frequently not to our liking or we simply choose to disregard the message that they produce.
The various forms of inflammation, paralysis, nervousness and diseased conditions generally, are the manifestation of fear, worry, care, anxiety, jealousy, hatred and similar thought. It is worth noting here that these results all produce physical effects, i.e. that is how they manifest into the material world and these results are usually negative in nature, stress, headaches, depression, anxiety, heart disease and even death can all result from severe cases. However, as mentioned, keep in mind these are simply the physical manifestation, the energy source within you remains unaffected by such matters, knowing it is part of the whole which cannot be affected in the longer term of its existence.
The life processes are carried on by two distinct methods; first, the taking up and making use of nutritive material necessary for constructing cells; second, breaking down and excreting the waste material.
All life is based upon these constructive and destructive activities, and as food, water and air are the only requisites necessary for the construction of cells, it would seem that the problem of prolonging life indefinitely would not be a very difficult one.
However strange it may seem, it is the second or destructive activity that is, with rare exception, the cause of all disease. The waste material accumulates and saturates the tissues, which causes autointoxication. This may be partial or general. In the first case the disturbance will be local; in the second place it will affect the whole system.
The problem, then, before us in the healing of disease is to increase the inflow and distribution of vital energy throughout the system, and this can only be done by eliminating thoughts of fear, worry, care, anxiety, jealousy, hatred, and every other destructive thought, which tend to tear down and destroy the nerves and glands which control the excretion and elimination of poisonous and waste matter.
“Nourishing foods and strengthening tonics” cannot bestow life, because these are but secondary manifestations of life. The primary manifestation of life and how you may get in touch with it is explained in the part which I have the privilege of enclosing herewith.
It is for these reasons that Karmacise focuses on not only the individual, but also the universe generally, the environment and also those around you. By adopting an ‘holistic’ approach to your existence, we believe that you can increase your lifespan whilst also increasing the enjoyment you have whilst living it.
In this part of our course you will find that money weaves itself into the entire fabric of our very existence and as we live in a ‘Capitalist world’, at least in the Westernised parts of the planet; that the law of success is service; that we get what we give, and for this reason we should consider it a great privilege to be able to give. By giving you are effectively sending out a message to the universe that you are detached from the possessions of wealth and are happy to rely upon the universe providing you with more, giving creates a gap that the universe will fill so long as the giving is done in the certain way (that discussion is however for another book).
We have found that thought is the creative activity behind every constructive enterprise. We can therefore give nothing of more practical value than our thought.
Creative thought requires attention, and the power of attention is, as we have found, the weapon of the Super Human. Attention develops concentration, and concentration develops Spiritual Power, and Spiritual Power is the mightiest force in existence.
This is the science which embraces all sciences. It is the art which, above all arts, is relevant to human life. In the mastery of this science and this art there is opportunity for unending progression. Perfection in this is not acquired in six days, or in six weeks, or in six months. It is the labour of a life. Not to go forward is to go backward. Standing still is, generally speaking, going backwards as the universe is forever expanding, growing and filling the interspaces of the cosmos with more life.
It is inevitable that the entertainment of positive, constructive and unselfish thoughts should have a far-reaching effect for good. Compensation is the key-note of the universe. Nature is constantly seeking to strike an equilibrium. Where something is sent out something must be received; else there should be a vacuum formed and as we know Nature abhors a vacuum.
By observance of this rule you cannot fail to profit in such measure as to amply justify your effort along this line. But first you must know, by practice of the Karmacise method, what profit you are seeking. Remembering always that profit of the human spirit is not only financial wealth, but can be gained through many, many different sources. However, by being rich in monetary terms, you are free of the worries and concerns that so many are burdened by. Having sufficient financial wealth to give you a feeling of satisfaction and security, empowers you to seek out other avenues to express yourself and by doing so you can work to improve the lives of many others, remember that you should want for all, what you want for yourself!
Below I provide you with part twenty-four. This is the final lesson.
If you have practised each of the exercises a few minutes every day, as suggested, you will have found that you can get out of life exactly what you wish by first putting into life that which you wish, and you will probably agree with the student who said: “The thought is almost overwhelming, so vast, so available, so definite, so reasonable and so usable.”
The fruit of this knowledge is, as it were, a gift of the Gods; it is the “truth” that makes people free, not only free from every lack and limitation, but free from sorrow, worry and care, and, is it not wonderful to realize that this law is no respecter of persons, that it makes no difference what your habit of thought may be, the way has been prepared.
If you are inclined to be religious, the greatest religious teacher the world has ever known made the way so plain that all may follow. If your mental bias is toward physical science, the law will operate with mathematical certainty. If you are inclined to be philosophical Plato or Emerson may be your teacher, but in either case, you may reach degrees of power to which it is impossible to assign any limit.
An understanding of this principle, I believe, is the secret for which the ancient Alchemists vainly sought, because it explains how gold in the mind may be transmuted into gold in the heart and in the hand.
This is a video presentation of the key steps of the Karmacise system and can be used for the daily practice as a reminder, however we recommend you read and practice the lessons in the whole course to gain a full and proper understanding of why these lessons are important and to ensure they work to their full potential.
