I have made this course because I know how many adepts struggle with learning names of techniques and their proper performance. I also know how much extra time some adepts need to learn new katas. If you join to this course, I will help you to learn everything faster.
If you care about the power and speed of each technique, then quality of a single technique will be more important than quantity. That's why, in videos I put great emphasis on the precision and being correct of doing each technique and position. Each single technique is shown and discussed in details.
Performing incorrectly basic techniques will affect on other elements such as katas or kumite. Without mastering them you will not be able to properly perform your techniques during a fight.
Even the strongest kick or strike, but performed without correct technique, will be ineffective. On the other hand, while performing techniques with great accuracy but with less power, may even cause a knock-out. This dependency will especially be useful to light-weighted adepts. I am that kind of a person, and I can guarantee you that, if you learn to perform techniques with great precision and accuracy, you will be able to successfully compete with bigger and stronger fighters than yourself.
So, in this training there are videos with a very detailed explanations of all techniques, stances and katas. You will find separate sections: stances, punches and strikes, blocks kicks and katas
Masutatsu Oyama (the founder of Kyokushin karate) used to say: "If you do not know kata, you do not know karate." Kata is the essence of karate, that is the beauty of this martial art and it stands out from fighting sports.
You will find videos of katas. Each kata is shown in three ways:
without counting (nogare),
with counting
with detailed explanation of each technique, and position, and their meaning and interpretation, which you will not find in any other videos.
