2. What is Product Management? Who is a Product Manager? Preface: In recent times, companies have distinct Product Owner and Product Manager roles. Product Owner role is tactical whereas Product Manager role is strategic. This topic covers both the aspects of these roles.
3. What is Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC)? Introduction to Product Strategy & Roadmap. Preface: This is also called as Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) but the difference I see is that PDLC starts from Inception phase and goes beyond Implementation phase whereas SDLC is a part of PDLC that starts at Requirements phase and ends at Implementation.
