In this program, we cover everything from the very basics of nutrition and how to implement them into everyday life, workouts that are designed for the beginners, and the steps to lasting success.
The curriculum consists of numerous videos, physical activity and nutritional schedule, training sessions, and downloadable recipe book with delicious recipes.
There are 8 nutritional challenges during the program that build one on another. We start a week with watching a corresponding video that presents the challenge, explain the benefit, and provides steps, tips and tricks on how to get it done.
Printable Schedule consisting of daily physical activity task (JumpStart workout or other low impact activity) and nutritional challenge. There is a room to input your current weight and measurements. You will check mark each day as you complete the task and track your progress !
The program consists of 3 workouts named A, B, and C and are marked as such on the 8-week schedule. Each of the workouts has three 15-minute rounds that you can do in comfort and privacy of your home. During the first round each exercise is thoroughly explained verbally. Some exercises have the easier modification version so it is suitable for every beginner. The workout is easy enough to be performed by everyone yet it is challenging and has the improvement in mind which you will clearly notice over time.
