  • In this class, you will learn how to create a journey map! We will start with what are the different types of maps and why use a journey map. Then we will define the type of map we want to make, who its for, and what we want to get out of it. After that we will learn some basics of research. This will be followed by the mapping process. And then I will give you some tips on how to take your map to the next level.

    Your class project will be to create an experience map or a journey map!
    The Scenario will be: Someone who wants to find and try out a new recipe.
    Stages could include: Discovery, research, shopping, prepping, cooking, eating and cleaning up.

    Then you will conduct at least 1 interview (ideally 5) to base the map on.

    For Brownie points you could create a storyboard of the key stages and even use icons to make the map more visual.
