Students will learn how to prepare for a reading: supplies needed, learning to activate inner knowing, and tarot tips for reading for yourself.
Discussing various methods you can use to shuffle and select cards. The goal is to find your own style. The key to using Tarot as a journaling purpose is to connect to your inner knowing.
This section is the belly of the course. You will receive several downloaded guides, please take your time during this section. It's important to get to know each card slowly and with intention.
This is the practice stage of journaling. Students will use the 1-2-3 card spread practice pages to repeat practice 1-2-3 card journaling. Over time, students will use the spread sheets & the model of a sample reading to branch off on their own tarot journaling practice.
This is a beginner’s course of how to use Tarot for journaling purposes. Tarot journaling as a complete practice that will nurture your ability to tolerate and explore the imperfections of life. Tarot allows you to observe patterns. It is my hope that after this course, you will not only gain a much more intimate relationship with your deck but also with yourself.
In isolation, tarot and journaling are both incredible tools for self-healing & self-exploration together, they create a complete practice that brings forth a profound capacity for self-healing. This Tarot journaling course is more than memorizing cards & their meanings, it's a space to self-heal & self-explore, a place to be free to deeply explore yourself, without judgment. Using the tarot cards as a prompt to be truly honest with yourself. Learning what the meanings are with the class content to allow you to unpack what the messages are telling you.
The goal is for you to use tarot journaling as often as needed. It requires practice, but not perfection. It doesn’t require any prior knowledge or understanding, only a deep surrendering to the unknown and to tap into your own intuition, allowing the cards & your pen to flow.
Self-healing is possible for all of us if we are willing to open ourselves up to discomfort to the shadow side of ourselves. Tarot journaling will bring forward a growth inside you, allowing you to embrace messages in a safe practice.
