As mentioned earlier, I suppose you have a non-victim backup of your website.
If you find any attack or victim, or may be virus in your site.
You will use that earlier safe backup to restore your website.
Simply you have to upload files zip into file manager from hosting cPanel usually.
And extract them
Later you will import database using phpMyAdmin

This will restore your website.

My course aim was to teach you that how to secure your website and optimize it without use of third party extensions.

But if you still need to use third party extension for any kind of specific requirement.
Then I will suggest to only trust on those extensions which are at Joomla extensions directory Or by me too.

As I know I have developed them and I provide future support as well.
