Instructor
Sam Ng is a certified PfMP, PMP, Scrum Master, ITIL4 strategic leader, and AWS solution architect. As a subject matter expert in project management, he has assisted many organizations in
improving business operation models.
Additionally, Sam has a master's degree in eCommerce and Internet Computing from The University of Hong Kong. In 2019, he further studied a business program with Harvard University Online. In 2020, Sam started to pursue an MBA with the University of Illinois.
In project management, he has served as an agile coach, project manager, and portfolio manager in numerous efforts for Fortune 500 and public sector clients, including Accenture, Domino's Pizza, A.S. Watson Group, Hong Kong Town Gas, and Prudential. Before his work in project management, he participated in implementation for large scale eCommerce systems.
Sam resides in Tokyo, Japan, and speaks English, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, and German.
