Description

Job hazard analysis (JHA) is a useful tool for identifying hazards in the workplace, breaking down job step-by-step and accordingly identifying safeguards for each step. If you are looking to improve the safety performance of your workplace, standardize operating procedures in a safety oriented manner or perhaps start to build safety systems that have impact on your team's safety culture and prepare your facility or company to achieve a VPP or other safety systems status, this is the course for you. Use this course to gain useful skills and get the resources you need in JHA writing and understand how it can help your workplace improve its safety performance and safety culture. Downloadable resources, video slides and a how-to guide for producing a job hazard analysis for your workplace along with a sample job hazard analysis, a template you can use for your job hazard analysis moving forward, a risk assessment matrix for your workplace and a very useful OSHA resource for JHA information are available in this training for your use.  Take the resources provided to build your own job hazard analysis program and start having an immediate impact on the health and safety of your workplace. As always with my trainings, please feel free to head to my instructor profile for my contact information and to ask any questions.
