Description
Students will learn how to recognize the cause of job burnout, burnout symptoms, and strategies for reducing job burnout. This course teaches participants how their thinking contributes to their job stress and ways of changing their thoughts. Additionally, students will learn burnout awareness and specific research-proven techniques to reduce the symptoms of job burnout.
Who this course is for:
- Anyone who wants help with job stress, work-life balance, or coping with a difficult job should enroll. Also enroll if you would like to create a burnout plan to reduce the chances of ever suffering significant burnout.

Instructor
Dr. Moriel McDuffy is a Licensed Master Social Worker who also has a Ph.D. in Psychology. He worked with juveniles involved in the justice system and inappropriate sexual behavior (adults and juveniles). Additionally, Dr. McDuffy has run several community-based programs in schools and community centers. He also taught online Psychology courses at multiple universities for over a decade. Dr. McDuffy also has a published dissertation on Job Burnout and is an American Psychological Association member.
