Learn to make a simple chain by drawing a yellow oval, using a clipping mask, and shading with a watercolor brush from top left to bottom right.
Present final drawings for four stud earrings in 18 karat gold, with extension lines, stone name and size, and optional watermark logo; confirm payment and ship the stones next day.

Express gratitude for completing the jewelry design course and invite learners to share their projects, follow for upcoming courses, and connect with me on Instagram for feedback.
In this course, we are going to paint gemstones, cabochons and pearls digitally, I will show you how to paint a chain and I will take you with me through the process of working on an order for a costumer who wants an amethyst ring and a pair of onyx earrings, I will share with you the messages, the stones i received, and the sketching as well. We will then create a technical drawing for a pair of earrings, paint them together. We will draw them from two views with zoom-ins and write down all the details and the measurements that are essential to the metalsmith, in order to produce the jewelry piece.
I want you to practice all along with me, and please share your results with me !
This course is the third part of the series I made for jewelry design. I highly recommend that you watch the previous ones because you will learn the basic knowledge you need to follow this third part.
Part one is about sketching and designing jewelries and part two is about painting them and designing from a source of inspiration.
