The first lesson focuses on breathing and shoulders exercises. This set of exercises will prepare you for a more serious workout.
Breathing exercises help us to relax and stimulate the lymphatic flow, to avoid swelling and puffiness of the face. We will then proceed to work on the shoulders, which are very important for keeping a correct posture of the neck, relaxing the overall collar area and prevent or treat osteochondritis.
The second lesson will focus on warming up your neck and facial muscles.
The neck is a central “marker” of your emotional state, and the first to tense when in a stressful situation or after accumulating stress from the day-to-day life, which often leads to hypertension or headaches. Neck warm-up will relieve tension of this zone and relax your mind.
Before any muscle of the body is properly trained, it needs relevant warm-up. Facial muscles are no exception. This part of the lesson will guide you through simple warming up exercises, which will prepare the muscles for more complicated trainings.
The third lesson describes and teaches you exercises for the forehead.
This set of exercises helps you to get rid of horizontal wrinkles and creases between the eyebrows, and to lift upper eyelids. First, you will learn how to replicate the necessary movements to control relevant muscles of the zone, before moving on to the stage of “fixation”, which consists in partially blocking - or creating a resistance - to the zone muscles with your hands/fingers, as well as protecting your skin from folding.
Each exercise will be repeated 20-30 times.
You will learn eyes’ gymnastics. This consists of a very useful set of exercises that improve the vision and help to get rid of puffiness of the face. You will also learn exercises against crow’s feet and wrinkles under the eyes.
