In this video, I break down how an AI Brain actually works — and the foundational architecture you need to understand if you want AI to genuinely help your life or business.

At its simplest:

Your AI Brain connects and collects information from your business systems, documents, emails, calendar, websites, data and people. It then turns that information into intelligence — developing understanding, reasoning, analysis and memory.

And finally, it uses that intelligence to create better outputs: answers, recommendations, strategies, insights, decisions and eventually autonomous actions.

For over a year, I’ve been building my own AI Brain — something that can understand your business, connect to your information, identify what matters and eventually take action alongside you.
