Welcome to my Japanese for Absolute Beginners course!
If you're an absolute beginner in Japanese, this course is perfect for you. One of the first steps in your Japanese language journey is to learn the Hiragana and Katakana writing systems, which are used to write out syllables and words in Japanese. In this course, we'll focus on mastering Hiragana and Katakana to help you become more confident in reading and writing Japanese.
The lessons are designed to be interactive and engaging, with speaking practices that require you to read Hiragana and Katakana characters. With constant repetition and recall exercises, you'll develop your memory and recall skills, making it easier to remember the characters you're learning. You'll also gain a basic understanding of Japanese vocabulary and grammar, enabling you to communicate in simple everyday situations.
In addition to reading and pronouncing Hiragana and Katakana characters, we'll also work on developing your writing skills. The lessons include video tutorials on how to write each character, as well as writing worksheets for you to practice on your own.
I'm also planning to expand this course in the future to include lessons on Kanji, which are complex Japanese characters and teaching conversation skills in Japanese.
By the end of this course, you'll have a solid foundation in reading, writing, and speaking basic Japanese. I hope you're excited to learn Hiragana and Katakana and join me on this language journey.
