He is a Principal Lead Auditor and Instructor of Lean Six Sigma Green & Black Belt international courses and for ISO 9000 QMS & Lead Instructor of IRCA (UK) QMS Auditor/Lead Auditor. His diversified corporate experience in Consulting and auditing includes organizations and companies from many countries; as well as universities and colleges in the implementation of Quality Assurance, Organizational Excellence, Six Sigma, ISO 9001 QMS, Performance Management, Statistical Process Control, Balanced Scorecard and Lean Management. He has authored 3 books and co-authored one, titled as: (1) Practical Guide to ISO 9000, (2) Quality Control (national award winner), (3) Quality Management Practices, and (4) a chapter in Quality Management in Asian and Pacific firms by APO Japan. He is presently contributing in many national and international forums for the development of Quality and business excellence, Corporate Consultant and Professor of Total Quality Management.
