Description
Quality management system (QMS) refers to a formal system that documents processes, procedures, and responsibilities for achieving quality policies and objectives. QMS helps manage and direct an organization’s activities to meet customer and regulatory requirements and improve its effectiveness and efficiency on a continuous basis.
The course is designed in a practical way to ensure that the auditor acquires all the necessary techniques required to confidently conduct effective internal audit as per the latest standard of ISO 9001. This intensive course is specifically designed to train corporate staff to serve as ISO 9001 internal auditors.
You will learn how to report on the effective implementation and maintenance of a management system in accordance with ISO 19011. You will understand the role of an internal audit in maintaining and improving quality management systems, with reference to the PDCA cycle, also the role and responsibilities of an auditor in planning, conducting, reporting and following up on an internal quality management system audit based on ISO 9001, and in accordance with ISO 19011.
