Build a complete ISO 14001:2026 Environmental Management System from scratch and take it all the way to certification. This is a practical, do-this-then-that implementation course structured around the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle.
Instead of lecturing clause by clause, you build a real EMS on a model company, EcoTech Solutions, and every phase hands you a usable template or procedure you can adapt to your own organisation.
The course is fully aligned with the 2026 edition of ISO 14001, with every 2015-to-2026 change called out where it matters: the new Clause 6.3 Planning of Changes, the five environmental conditions in Clause 4.1 (climate, pollution, biodiversity, ecosystem health and resource availability), the expanded Clause 8.1 on externally provided processes, mandatory audit objectives under Clause 9.2.2, the restructured management review in Clause 9.3, and the CSRD and CBAM regulatory context.
You will work through the Plan phase (scope, policy, risk assessment, environmental aspects), the Do phase (operational controls for waste, energy, water and emissions, supplier management, training and awareness), the Check phase (internal audits, document review, findings, management review), and the Act phase (corrective actions and the Stage 1 and Stage 2 certification audit). Along the way you get section quizzes, a 40-question final practice exam, and hands-on assignments with worked solutions. By the end you will have a working EMS, the templates to maintain it, and the confidence to walk into a certification audit.
