Yi Ji Chung kuen 日字衝拳
1 Move your left punch to the midline of the body keep one punch distance
2 Hit from the midline of the body at the end use your inch punch power
3 Taan Sau straight your arm
4 left Taan Sau clockwise Huen Sau and Sau Kuen

Yat Taan Saam Fuk 一攤三伏
1 Left hand slowly move open your Taan Sau toward the midline of the body finger point to the throat until elbow leave the body one punch distance
2 Huen Sau change to Woo Sau elbow open slowly pull back towards the midline of the body until one punch distance
3 Fuk Sau elbow and arm are in a straight line, wrists tighten inward and slowly push out from the midline of the body until elbow leave the body one punch distance
4 Repeat 3 times with the left hand
5 At the end when Woo Sau back to one punch distance apply force to the right palm root Da Jeung and Jing Jeung
1 Right hand slowly move your Taan Sau toward the midline of the body finger point to the throat until elbow leave the body one punch distance
2 Huen Sau change to Woo Sau elbow open slowly pull back towards the midline of the body until one punch distance
3 Fuk Sau elbow and arm are in a straight line, wrists tighten inward and slowly push out from the midline of the body until elbow leave the body one punch distance
4 Repeat 3 times with the right hand
5 At the end when Woo Sau back to one punch distance apply force to the left palm root Da Jeung and Jing Jeung
