More than a course, this one is a training program. Inspired from the Anime character Inuyasha (you can find more on my website) it will focus on three different aspects:
Bestiality: training the movement under stress to improve also the flow of motions.
Agility: pushing the body at its limit, a ballistic training to jump higher and move faster.
Kenjutsu: the use of the japanese sword (katana or bokken), learn some skills and build strength and burn calories in a different way.
