Promotion Time
Task Summary:
Share a promotional strategy that you will use.
Time Commitment:
Less than five minutes total.
Detailed Instructions:
1) Come up with one (or more) viable ways that you plan on promoting your work. Be brief/give the broad strokes, but make sure that it is something that you can (and ideally will) do.
2) Read through the class projects of other students and use the ideas that you discover to promote your book as well – in this way we are all working together to help grow one another’s audiences (without having to directly network!).
3) Optional - If you do use your promotion strategy, return to your project and update it with the results!
Why You Should Complete This Project:
Thinking about what you could do to promote your work and writing it down will cause you to commit far more to the execution of your promotion strategy – it takes it out of the theoretical and into the real by committing it to paper (and the other students in this course).
Beyond that, leveraging the other students’ ideas here will help expand your own and thus synergy (and sales) will increase!
