Description

For starting  with your preparation for UGC NET,I would like to suggest few things which could be helpful.

Suggestion  — Check out of the syllabus and go through it thoroughly, believe me if you know your syllabus well than you can start your preparation well.

Work on your action plan like how many hours you are dedicating to studies.

Practice past papers, both of your subject as well as other subjects as syllabus is common for all subjects (as most of the questions are similar)

Focus on Conceptual Understanding. You can use YouTube for understanding complex concepts.

Collect information from internet; But collect from only one or two sources as using many sources for each topic will only lead to confusion.

For the aptitude part, I didn't do anything as I've a strong background in aptitude tests. Hence, I didn't prepare for topics such as series, data interpretation, reading comprehension, syllogisms, blood relations, etc. Reading newspaper on a regular basis is good enough for the questions, but as those questions are pretty esoteric most of the times, you can't prepare for it anyway. I went through past paper 1 of NET and SET and attempted all of them while preparing for SET which took care of the research and teaching aptitude questions.

Who this course is for:

  • Anyone who is interested in basics of research.
  • Anyone who is preparing for ugc net.
  • Anyone who is preparing for set .
