    Hello. This is Brad Hill and welcome to Introduction to the Raspberry.

    In this course, you will learn some ways to get started using a  Raspberry Pi mini computer.
     
    This course will step you through some ways to install operating systems on the  
    Raspberry Pi and cover advantages and disadvantages of each way, so you can decide
    which way is best for your project or projects.
    It will cover the basic equipment needed to get started.
    It will show you some initial things you should do after you have your Raspberry Pi
    running for the first time. And finally, I'll teach you some useful, basic Linux
    commands to get you started.
     
    There are an almost unlimited number of projects you can create using a Raspberry Pi.  
    Some examples are:
    - building an old school arcade or console gaming system
    - a home media server
    - VPN (virtual private network)
    - Robot or drone
    - Web Server
    - Wifi Hotspot
    - Personal Minecraft server
     
    and the list goes on ...
