Description

Are You Curious About the Inner Game®?

Any undertaking, be it sports, management and leadership, education, or life itself, involves more than one game. There is the outer game, which is played in an external environment and can involve overcoming external obstacles, tactics, strategy, physical skill, goals, achievements, and performance. Then there is the game that you play in your mind, called the Inner Game®.

The Inner Game® is not about forcing improvement. It is about noticing what gets in the way, such as fear, self-doubt, and judgement, and gently setting those interferences aside.

When interference dissolves, something surprising begins to emerge:

  • You do not become someone new

  • Your natural ability starts to flow

  • You start performing more like who you truly are, without trying so hard to 'get it right'

Presence, in this context, is not something you create because it is something you return to. Like hearing the sound of a breeze or noticing your breath, it is already here. You just stop overriding it.

The biggest shift that people experience when practicing the Inner Game® is learning to:

  • Trust their body’s intelligence

  • Trust the learning process

  • Trust that awareness can create change

The Inner Game® is not a set of rules. It is a way of listening, observing, and allowing. It begins with the question:

  • What happens when I stop trying to control everything and start noticing more deeply?

The aim of learning about the Inner Game® is not to add more pressure to perform but to remove what is in the way of your best self naturally showing up. If this resonates, you are invited to explore this short course.

Sign up if you are ready to discover that the real 'you' was never the problem.
