Settle in with a cup of your favourite tea, as we discuss the second most consumed beverage in the world! This introductory course will cover an overview of: what tea is; the history of tea; tea categories; key descriptors and methods for tea tasting; major tea growing regions; and how to brew a great cup of tea.

She has worked in the tea industry for 5 years in marketing and category management roles including tea buying, creating new tea blends, and preparing products for launch. She loves to explore different flavours and aromas - often cross-training with beer, wine and chocolate - but always comes back to a strong cup of black tea, with milk.
