Growing up in a family of educators and succeeding in my own studies, both locally and abroad, I have come to understand the challenges and systems of development. I started teaching at universities, conducting training seminars and am deeply involved in education. I am finalizing my work on PhD research, focusing on institutional development and sustainability.
My working experience has always been broad, as my interests stretch across various spheres and industries. As a project Manager I have managed and coordinated projects related to infrastructure development, policy and capacity building. I had valuable experience with governmental, educational and other institutions: negotiating, preparing action plans and assessments that would increase the value of our projects. Moreover, I am performing consultant duties at a UK based company providing project management services and innovative solutions in many countries across the globe.
Throughout my career I tried to collect new skills and polish them until perfection. I worked with diverse teams, led them, succeeded and failed, but always learned and got back to do things better than they were. I have always stood for values that I consider vital for the society and would do so in future.
