Description
Note: This is not a basic RCS course that simply explains definitions and standards. Instead, it dives into real-world end-to-end messaging flows, server functionalities, key protocols like SIP and HTTP, and Business Messaging applications, helping you build a deeper technical understanding of Rich Communication Services.
• What are the core differences between RCS and traditional SMS/MMS, and why are mobile operators shifting to RCS?
• How do messaging protocols and network components function behind the scenes to enable RCS features?
• How can RCS be used for Business Messaging and chatbot-based communication to enhance brand-to-customer interactions?
This course is designed for those who want to understand RCS from a technical, architectural, and practical perspective. If you have experience in telecom networks, mobile messaging systems, or IMS architecture, this course will give you a clear overview of how RCS works in real-world networks. Based on GSMA guidelines and real operational flows, this training simplifies complex concepts into clear, digestible modules.

Instructor
I have a long career working on Wireless Technology spanning over all Generations of Wireless Networks starting from 1G to 5G with Wireless Network Operators or Wireless Network Equipment Vendors.
Most of the time my role was in highly technical positions of Network Engineering, System Engineering or Network Performance and optimization. These types of roles require in depth technical understanding of the project you are involved in.
My course contents on RCS and eSIM are developed using my hands on experience when working on Implementation of RCS with a Tier 1 Operators in USA.
