Meditation has been around for millennia and although it’s only recently become popular in the western world, more and more people are starting to enjoy the timeless benefits of this ancient practice.  If you think meditation is something you'd like to try, but aren't sure where to begin... you're in the right place!

In this course, we explore an alternate and interesting way to develop focus and observation, calming the mind, and enjoying a quiet moment to nurture the body, mind and spirit.

Through calming the mind, we are able to bring an inner peace to ourselves which has an incredible ripple effect, flowing into our outer world.  This is a very pleasant 'side effect'!  Once we are engaged in a daily practice of peacefulness, we start to see things more clearly, become more in touch with ourselves and begin to truly follow a path of authenticity and alignment.  And believe it or not, this simply happens on its own when we start to find peace in our minds through daily practice.

Hello and welcome!   I’m Lora.   I am a Reiki Master and Hypnotherapist at Discover Change Hypnotherapy and specialize in helping people overcome stress, anxiety and trauma.  

I trained as a Reiki Practitioner in 2012 and added Hypnotherapy and Life Coaching, as tools to help me support clients with issues which arose during Reiki sessions.

Within my practice, I find it beneficial  to teach self hypnosis, energy healing and meditation, to empower clients to facilitate their own progress at a pace that’s best suited to them.   I find that this is most helpful for clients in the long term.

My favorite part of practice is seeing clients develop and grow as they learn how to manage their problems, using the tools I have shared with them. 

My intention is to share these tools with those who need them, and who would benefit from applying them.
