Careless, non-inclusive language and microaggressions can impact a patient's experience with care, affect their long term health outcomes and leave you exposed to potential complaints. Not only that, but it can be daunting to be faced with a situation and not know how to handle it. Do you find yourself confused about acronyms and terminology? Unsure how to ask someone’s pronouns? Worried about causing offence so you say nothing instead?
This course will provide you with pragmatic, relevant guidance, support and training to empower you in having inclusive, affirming conversations with patients from all backgrounds.

She is an experienced Practice Manager, working in-house to establish and expand an award-winning multidisciplinary healthcare clinic before progressing into coaching and business mentorship.
An Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Rhiannon has extensive experience in business development for small to medium enterprises (SME's), start-ups and established businesses and is passionate about helping individuals and teams meet their potential. A qualified Personal Performance Coach, Rhiannon utilises her background in business development to help clinicians create a streamlined service for their clients with a focus on improving patient satisfaction and outcomes.
