This is course (1 of 4) in the GPMM 3.0 Course Suite covering how to manage projects in all 3 ways; Hybrid, Agile and Plan driven. With the additional value of using the world leading model: GPMM – the Greenlight Project Management Model.

This course covers the Big picture of the various elements in project management, the importance of a common project culture and the role of the Project Manager as well as other key roles in and around projects.

The use of the GPMM model and manual is highlighted in each of these areas, showing how they can be of hands-on, practical utility towards a better understanding and better results in projects.

GPMM 3.0 is a Hybrid Project Management Model, thus describing how to manage Hybrid-, Plan driven (traditional)-, and Value driven (Agile) projects.

  • Understand how project management will help an organization to become Agile (meaning being flexible, dynamic and good in continuously reinventing itself to achieve what the ever-changing marketplace requires.
