Jessica is a natural health and wellness advocate having 20 years industry experience with essential oils, fitness and nutrition. She is an expert at utilizing nature to support optimal health and body system functions. She attended the University of Denver graduating with a bachelor of arts and a master of professional studies at the top of her class. She has spent years studying and understanding the human body and how to maintain the highest level of health (mental, emotional, spiritual and physical) using nature.
Jessica was born in Durango, Colorado and currently lives in Colorado Springs with her family. Together she and her husband, Ben, have four kids, three dogs, three goats, a horse and dozens of chickens. Ben is a neurosurgical physician's assistant for a civilian practice as well as a National Guard Special Forces group. They enjoy yoga, hiking, camping, reading and working out together.
