My name is Vayun Shyam, an entrepreneur with fascination for various markets around the world and their influence on culture. Growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area, the world’s hub of technological development, I have grown a deep passion for building applications and ML/AI models around customer feedback and product reviews. I have been working with object-oriented languages for past 3+ years, including Java, Python, C++, Ruby, and more. I am a current member of DECA, and I have experience competing and placing in the marketing and entrepreneurship clusters. Moreover, I was fortunate to gain some real-life business experience through designing and publishing my own apps and pursuing nonprofit endeavors.
Hi everyone! I'm Ronith Ganjigunta and I'm a high school senior from BASIS Independent Silicon Valley in the San Francisco Bay Area. I've been interested in business and entrepreneurship since I was a child and this past summer I created Bingo, a startup that helps elderly citizens shop online amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. Working on Bingo has given me valuable knowledge into the ups and downs of running a business and I'm excited to share my insights with you in this course. I'm also an officer at DECA, where I compete primarily in the entrepreneurship cluster. I hope this course will help you learn more about entrepreneurship and how you can create your own business.
