I will then introduce you to some more tapping points on the body, and we will do a full round of tapping using the clinical protocol.

This course is an introduction to EFT Tapping, a somatic stress reduction technique. Tapping instantly reduces anxiety and can be used to increase happiness, confidence and motivation. It can be practiced to gain clarity, or to move past limiting beliefs, unhelpful emotions and even physical symptoms. I like to refer to tapping as a "somatic pep-talk." It involves stimulating acupressure points on the body while verbalizing an issue. Tapping on these points has a positive effect on the stress areas of the brain, it also has been proven to lower levels of the stress hormone cortisol.
When we tap while talking through challenges, we are able to more quickly resolve issues and move past fear and other unhelpful emotions. Tapping has been proven to help reduce anxiety, PTSD, general trauma, stress, depression, pain, insomnia and other issues.
In this course, I'll introduce you to simple tapping techniques as well as the clinical protocol for tapping, and my own personal technique. I'll teach you how to create your own tapping practice, and also guide you through some tapping practices to help reduce anxiety, pain, and improve sleep and confidence.
