We will begin to discover why Satoshi believes we needed Blockchain Technology as well as Bitcoin.
A brief summary of what we learned in the section.
An Overview of what will be taught in this Section.
A discussion of what is Blockchain Technology.
A continued discussion of what is Blockchain Technology.
We will finish off this 3 part lecture with what is learning more about what is blockchain.
We will discuss some of the advantages to blockchain technology.
Then we will take a look at what the disadvantages for blockchain could be.
Now we will begin to see what industries and sectors blockchain will be integrated into their systems.
We will move on to the next part of this 3 part slideshow that will continue to discuss the different industries and sectors that blockchain affects.
We will finish off the 3rd part of these slides with some more information about the industries & sectors that blockchain affects.
Let's see the actual definition of what a consensus mechanism is.
We will look into what is a Proof-of-Work (PoW) consensus algorithm (mechanism).
We will look into the actual process of what the computers and machines are doing when they are mining cryptocurrencies.
Next, we move onto a Proof-of-Stake (PoS) mechanism which involves staking cryptocurrencies.
A small look into what is cryptocurrency staking.
We then proceed to go and see what delegated Proof-of-Stake involves.
Then we will find out a little bit about the Proof-of-Capacity consensus mechanism.
Now we look at one of the last ones we will discuss out of the different mechanisms.
Proof-of-Burn (PoB) will be the last one that we actually take a look at but there will be a few more in the next lecture.
So here is a few more that we don't necessarily go into deep with but you are more than welcome to google them. It's always better to know your coin's consensus mechanism so you understand its capabilities.
Let's discuss what some of the facts are that we do know plus what the potential for adoption is with the future of Blockchain.
Of course, we finish off the blockchain section with a summary of things we just discussed.
We will go over what we are going to learn in this section which will be all about cryptocurrencies. What they are. What are whitepapers, what is an ICO, and how to look out for some of the things that scammers try and do. We will go over the top 10 cryptocurrency projects due to market cap. What crypto is best to send back and forth will also be discussed. This is one of the biggest chapters because most people know what a cryptocurrency is more than they know what is blockchain technology, but not you because you've now made it past the blockchain section so you are now more informed than half the world.
We will begin to look and see what the technical terms and definitions for a cryptocurrency are.
We will talk slightly about the potential advantages & disadvantages of cryptocurrencies.
Now we will discuss the categories that we put cryptocurrencies into because of their use cases.
We will very briefly discuss what is a cryptocurrency whitepaper and what to look for when reading one.
In this, we will discuss what is an ICO, how it can be dangerous, and what to try and look for when researching them.
Briefly discuss what are the advantages and disadvantages of initial coin offerings (ICO's).
We begin taking a look at the top 10 cryptocurrencies according to their market cap on CoinMarketCap.com.
We then move on to the 2nd biggest coin which would definitely be Ethereum also known as Ethers.
The 3rd biggest coin at the time of this course being written would have to be the Binance Smart Chain coin, also known as BNB.
Now we will move on to one of the biggest stables coins on the market, Tether. The ticker would be USDT.
We will look at another stable coin that goes by the name of USD Coin. It is number 5 on the top 10, as of the writing of this course.
Now we move onto one of the fastest cryptos on the market if not the fastest as well as one of the fastest-growing coins on the market as well.
We proceed now to the number 7 coin, Cardano.
Then we will move forward to the one and only, XRP. One of the most recognizable coins on the market next to Bitcoin & Ethereum.
Next, we take a look at the 3rd to last cryptocurrency on the list, which is Terra.
The last crypto that we will take a look at in the top 10 is Polkadot.
This lecture will be about one of the cheapest ways to send cryptos anywhere, anytime. That would be Stellar as well as XRP but make sure you pay attention because due to the lawsuit, XRP is not accepted everywhere at the moment.
We will now begin to go over the different terminology of cryptocurrencies so that way you won't be lost when you hear the words or terms.
We will finish off the list of crypto lingo as well as discuss how scammers use Return on Investment (ROI) to lure the newbs into their scams.
I will discuss with you how I got scammed for a good sum of money as well as some of the things they do, to try and get you to fall for their schemes.
We will now discuss some statistics as well as facts about cryptocurrencies that we do know and that have been discussed in circles.
We will finish this section off with another slide of some facts & statistics about cryptocurrencies and their adoption.

Now we will go through some examples of what smart contracts are.
We will finish up with examples of smart contracts.
This lecture will give some minor statistics & facts about smart contracts and what cryptocurrencies actually use smart contracts.
A short summary of what we learned in this section.
An overview of what we will go over in this section which is all about NFTs. And even though there is still so much that isn't taught about them, I felt this was the necessary material in order for you to somewhat understand them. We will discuss what they are. We will also go through the top-selling NFTs so far as well as give you examples of younger people who are making good amounts of money on their NFTs. We will discuss 8 projects that have to do with gaming & the metaverse as well as 3 up and coming ones. I will also teach you about royalties and touch briefly on what is the Metaverse. So buckle down, and be ready for the last big section before we get into the hands-on sections of the course.
We will take a look to see what exactly a Non-Fungible Token (NFT) is. There is still so much to learn but I believe this is sufficient for understanding them and what they are.
In this lecture, we will begin to see what the main uses for NFTs are in blockchain gaming and how they will revolutionize the gaming industry.
We will play a little game where I will show you the top 10 NFTs starting from number 10 and see if you can guess how much that particular NFT sold for. You will be amazed at some of these prices I promise!
In this lecture, we will now discuss how easy it is for even the younger generations to be able to join and participate in the NFT craze. All 3 of these creators were under 18 during the successful selling of their creations.
We could definitely go days about the metaverse and what it will mean. It's going to be so huge and so expansive that I could probably create a whole course on it alone. We will talk briefly about what it will be and what is the potential, also how NFTs are helping to spark the movement into the Metaverse.
We will begin looking at some NFT projects that have come out of the gate with a good start. Axie Infinity will be the first one we start with.
Next, we move on to Decentraland which is one that has been around for quite some time. It's the original metaverse that I know of but is also older so the technology of course is starting to get surpassed by newer and faster projects but I do believe it will withstand the tests of time.
We then proceed onto a gaming project called Illuvium that looks pretty cool. Check it out.
Gods Unchained seems to be a force to reckon with. It's definitely attempting to put its foot into the Metaverse world.
Next, we will look into Alien Worlds and discover what makes this game so interesting to want to research some more about it.
The Sandbox is the gaming and metaverse token that will be more relatable to the ones who like Minecraft. It's pixelated but it's fun and is also another one of the original metaverse and gaming projects that I remember being around for quite some time.
Metahero is one of my favorites due to the fact that they scan you into the metaverse so... I will briefly discuss what are some known facts about Metahero.
The last one we will discuss will be Ecomi which created the Veve Platform. We will only briefly discuss some information about this project as well.
Now although there are hundreds of projects that are developing in the NFT world and Metaverse, we will look into 3 projects that seem to have a good foundation for possibly the future. The first one is Guild of Guardians.
Gold fever is definitely a pretty good-looking game that could really become popular if they follow their roadmap and keep to their promises. We will look at this just briefly.
Now we will discuss the last of the 3 projects that are good to go and research maybe even join by playing the game with the hundreds of other players.
I will discuss what are NFT royalties in this section just to give an idea for it's not a thorough walkthrough of what they are, and what they are capable of.
We will go over some stats and facts about the potential for NFTs not only in gaming but also in art. Also the potential for mass adoption with NFTs.
This is a short summary wrapping up some of the things that were taught in this section about Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs).
We will have an overview of what will be discussed in this section. We will talk about What is a hot & cold wallet, 5 cryptocurrency exchanges that should be a good starter to get you going. Plus we will go through and setups some accounts to help you be prepared.
We will discuss what is a hot wallet in this lecture.
Discussing what is a cold wallet in this lecture.
Now we will begin to go through 5 exchanges to look into and check out for yourselves.
The 2nd one that we will talk about is Coinbase.
Now we will proceed to discuss the 3rd one in the list which is FTX.
The 4th one to be discussed is one called Kucoin which is labeled "The People's Exchange."
Definitely need to discuss what is KYC and why is it important in blockchain.
The last one we will talk about is crypto.com which is becoming more and more popular each day.
We will take a short look into the different types of wallets.
We will now begin the setup of some accounts so that way I can teach you to buy, sell, send, receive, deposit, and withdraw in the coming sections.
Now we will add a network to the Metamask account we just set up on your phone.
The next step is to learn how to add new crypto, coin, or token to your Metamask wallet so once you purchase or want to buy you just need to use the project's token address.
So what we are going to do now is take the account we set up on the phone and make sure it's also on our browsers as well.
Then we will go ahead and add a network to the Metamask we just set up in your browser so you can see how this is done as well.
This lecture will be about adding a new coin or token to your wallet in your browser.
These will be the slides to have for setting up everything we have just talked about so that way you have a step-by-step of how to set up Metamask.
We now then will move on to creating a Coinbase account using a browser.
This is a bunch of slides that I walk you through so that way you can set up Coinbase.
Now we will go and set up the trust wallet using your phone.
I will proceed to show you how to add a new token or coin to your trust wallet if it does not have the coin already.
In this, we will go through some steps to be able to create a crypto.com account on your phone.
In this lecture to end out the section, we will discuss some things that I believe you must know and understand. We won't go into detail but I do believe it to be sufficient enough.
We'll quickly go through what was taught in this section and move on to the next section where we will learn about depositing and withdrawing.

Buying on Crypto.com is something we will be learning through this lecture.
Another example that we will go through in order to show you how to buy & sell (trade).
Some slides about walking you through the process of trading which once you do it a few times will become like 2nd nature.
So we will learn to swap using Pancake Swap but it's the same on any of the swaps just make sure that you have enough of the home coin to be able to pay the swap. So for instance, you will need to have Ethereum in your wallet in order to perform a swap on its blockchain.
A quick explanation of how to trade and what to look for.
A quick summary of what we learned in this section so we can wrap it up and move on to Section 10.
A brief overview of what you can expect to learn from this section.
We will go through how to send using an exchange called Bitmart in this lecture.
The next lecture we will go through will be learning to send using Coinbase.
Now we will use Metamask to learn to send cryptos.
Here is an example of how to use Crypto.com to send and receive.
A very important slide to review with you that will help give you some advice about sending and receiving.
A quick summary of the topics that we discussed and went through in this section.
Introduction to Blockchain Technology was made for everyone. I tried to make it as simple as it could be without being too technical for those who may not understand the technical terms. But I also made it for those who may know something about Blockchain Technology but want to learn a little more. Although, this is an introduction course it really does have information in it for even the seasoned Blockchain experts. Through years of being in both Forex & Blockchain, I have seen so many people be scammed & taken advantage of because they didn't have all the necessary knowledge of the industry. That's what my aim is in this course is to help prepare those who want to have a more rounded knowledge of Blockchain Technology and what is all involved in it. So as you can see there is enough in here that once completed you will have all the information you need to understand blockchain technology well enough to make smarter and more educated decisions. We must remember that in order to have mass adoption and less volatility we need to make sure that we are educating each other on how to become better in this field whether through learning to program, trading, investing, as well as anything else that may be needed in this sector. I hope that you will take the time to come and learn why I believe this is THE MOST EXPLOSIVE & DISRUPTIVE BUT FOUNDATIONAL TECHNOLOGY EVER. Come, follow me inside.
