Description
Join us as Vamsi Dhari das, a Bhakti Yoga practitioner, takes us through an introduction to Bhakti Yoga. We look at the Vedas, the ancient texts of India, and their teachings on the science of the soul, karma and reincarnation.
Who or what is the self? What is a soul? These are questions that are perhaps neglected in daily life but are essential to begin ones journey of self realisation. Vamsi addresses these questions from the perspective of the Vedas and gives one an easy to understand and digestible understanding of these topics.
Karma, the law of action and reaction, is a topic many of us firmly believe in but often know so little about. What role does it play in spirituality? Why is it important to understand? These topics are discussed.
One cannot mention the Vedas and Karma without mentioning Reincarnation, these topics are very tightly bound together. Please join us as we take an initial look at these topics.
We conclude by looking at the daily practices of a Bhakti practitioner that help an individual progress on their spiritual journey.
This is an introductory course for those individuals who are curious about these subjects. More in depth courses on individual topics will be available in the future so please look out for them.
