Description

The Scrum framework has become the standard in Agile Development Methodologies across the globe. ITIL helps all organizations, regardless of their industry or business sector, utilize the principles of Scrum for their most efficient and economic development projects. Scrum is THE framework for developing and sustaining complex products, and is used in government, commercial, and non-profit organizations, alike.

This course provides an introduction to the Scrum framework and what it takes to become a certified Scrum Master. Built around the PeopleCert Scrum Master I and PeopleCert Scrum Master II certifications, this course allows you to learn the basics and see if becoming a Scrum Master is right for you.

By obtaining your PeopleCert Scrum Master certifications, you can show employers that you understand the key elements, concepts, and terminology used in Scrum, including how everything ties together to create a shippable product increment to create value for your end users and customers.

Please note, this course is NOT a complete textbook replacement and DOES NOT cover the entire PeopleCert Scrum Master I and II certification exams in-depth. Instead, this course is designed to introduce you to the concepts of Scrum framework and help you determine if a further investment in the PeopleCert Scrum Master certifications is right for you.
