  • Intro to Guitar : Guitar Anatomy & Strings Module 1a8:00

    After Module 1A, students will have a better understanding of how a guitar works and will understand some terminology surrounding guitar. You will also be able to identify and label all 6 strings from the guitar with some tips that will help you gain confidence in remembering. 

    This is also the first INTRO module to have you become familiar with Joe Borowsky's relaxed teaching style.

  • Intro To Guitar : Tuning & First Chord Module 1b11:08

    Part B of Module 1 focuses on the importance of tuning and how to tune your guitar. You will also be introduced to your 1st chord by the end of part B.

  • Intro To Guitar : Your First Song Module 2a15:11

    This lecture will speak about how to properly use a guitar pick as well as go through 4 chords towards your first song! Attached is your first tab with chords and lyrics used during the song "Zombie" by the Cranberries

  • Intro To Guitar : Your First Song Module 2b16:28

    Module 2a is the final stage of this course and will go over how to play through your first song!

Description

This course is designed to teach you Guitar from the ground up. You will learn everything from tuning to playing your first song. If playing guitar has been a struggle for you the beginner modules here will help you get started! This is the perfect first course for the true beginner.

 If you are more experienced you may want to dive into song selections and intermediate training in my other courses. For the singers, keep a look out for vocal coaching courses.

Joe Borowsky has taught hundreds of students and has played guitar for 20+ years. His teaching experience is substantial and has won top music school in his local city where he teaches well over 50+ hrs a week. Joe is also an accomplished singer-songwriter with 4 full length albums released and recently had a song featured during the 2018 Winter Olympics!
