Instructors
We are a global learning community of intrapreneurs and catalysts driving change from within. Our members are prototyping the future of work, cultivating cultures that are more authentic, innovative, collaborative, and ultimately, more meaningful.
Why the League?
Our communities are facing systems challenges on a scale never seen before. From climate change to poverty, migration to resource scarcity, we are seeing hot-spots in desperate need of disruptive and scalable solutions.
The League exists to mobilize our incumbent institutions as collaborative partners in systems change. To unlock the human potential inside our most influential organizations to create a more prosperous, equitable and sustainable world.
Who are we?
We are misfits, disruptors, tempered radicals, dreamers who do.
We are intrapreneurs: entrepreneurs on the inside harnessing the assets of our incumbent institutions – brand, innovation, people, money – to deliver our sustainable development goals.
How do we work?
Operating in over 12 countries, our community of intrapreneurs are working in back offices and boardrooms, harnessing organizational assets to develop scalable solutions to societal challenges; closed loop carpets, zero carbon aeroplanes, social enterprise bakeries – these are all ideas being incubated by intrapreneurs.
We strive to empower individual intrapreneurs, foster organizational learning and to strengthen the global intrapreneurship ecosystem.
