Delivered by Simon Myers, who has over 25 years' experience in auditing organizations against the ISO standard, this course is designed to help you understand how to internally audit your organization against the requirements of ISO 9001. It includes:

  • We will firstly go through the broader principles of good quality management, before working our way through the standard, discussing each clause in detail - what is it looking for? How do you meet this requirement? How do you demonstrate to an auditor that you have met this requirement?

  • We then go into the principles and methods of auditing, the roles and responsibilities of an internal auditor, and how to evaluate your findings to make a correct judgement, be it a nonconformity or otherwise.
