Awesome course. I learn a lot from it. The instructor is really good at explaining what intermittent fasting is, why is beneficial and how it's done to maximize success depending on the goal. He brings some of his personal experience in doing intermittent fasting, which shows how well he knows the subject. The lectures are very well organized so if you really want to review on a particular area, then you can find it really easily. A really good course. I will recommend it.
