I am Luca Sonzogni and I used to lead a busy lifestyle in London, UK when food, nutrition and fitness took a step back. I weighted 10 kg heavier than today and I had belly fat, love handles and IBS.

Instructor
Luca completed studies in Nutrition at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London. He set up a nutritional therapy practice online and worked as Detox Manger for specialist detox centres in Koh Samui, Thailand before opening the Smiley Retreat, a residential wellness centre specialised in Fasting and Intermittent Fasting in Koh Phangan, Thailand.
Originally from Italy, prior to his transformation Luca worked in the corporate sector in London, UK for 15 years.
He is a wholefood advocate a blogger and runs a YouTube channel where he interviews holistic therapists and practitioners across many disciplines.
