Interaction in online teaching is always challenging. This course will assist teachers to make their teaching interactive and effective. It will enable the teachers to use various free online collaborative boards as well as post boards for teachers to have discussion with students. As many of them uses power point presentation to deliver lectures you can even make them more interactive by including quizzes ,polls and many other activities. This course will guide the teachers on how to include these features in their presentations.
There are four main sessions in the course. The first session contains a demonstration collaborative white board to make the students of the class to work together in real time. The second session contains a demonstration of post board for teachers and the students of the class to share their ideas and to have a discussion on a topic. The third session will guide the teacher to create to create an interactive power point presentation. Finally, the last session will demonstrate how to include a lesson and many other activities related to a lesson.
This course contains a detailed demonstration of various free online tools. The demonstration are very clear and simple and both the teacher view and student view are well explained so that the teacher can be more confident in online teaching.
