Tips about online workflow, organic companies, visionary companies and virtual workflow will be offered, in connection with Organizational Entities Strategy.
This lecture shows students how to define their resources in any needed situation, and it includes a concrete set of steps in how to create ideas. It remodels the perceptual position of the Dreamer and sets it in a business management setting. This lecture includes sequences of the process and examples of thinking and behavior patterns.
Along this lecture, I will provide the students with an insight of great management skills, through NLP and its attributes in specific companies.
In this lecture, students will be able to identity and analyze different features of the Critic role features positively into the Transformational Leadership position. At this point, student will understand better how these three elements (the visionary dreamer, the realist as a manager and the transformational leader) of Organizational Entities work together and merge hand in hand.
In this lecture, students will be guided towards understanding and practicing moving from general information to particular one and shift from particular pieces of information to general aspects. They will understand the concepts of Chunking up and chunking down and their role in the process of applying Organizational Entities strategy.
This lecture represents the conclusion and the wrap up of this course. It implies an ecological cleaning of the business left-overs of this strategy. Just as any Business ethics, the Organizational Entities Strategy implies testing a set of moral and social values. Therefore, it is important to understand congruence and the process of ecology between the three roles found in Organizational Entities. Working together means aligning with similar beliefs, creating coherence in communication, transmitting and creating congruence and building the ecology of the whole process. Students will be able to understand all these steps at the end of this lecture.
In this last lecture, students will find summary information about the key elements of this course. The summary also offers a few hints under the form of several affirmations.
