Entrepreneurship and innovation aren't just buzzwords - they're the engine behind every successful business. In this course, I'll give you a grounded, practical introduction to both: what they mean, how they work together, and how to apply them in the real world.
I hold a first-class BA (Hons) in Accounting with Marketing and an MSc in Investment Management, and I've launched and managed multiple businesses across different industries. What I bring to this course isn't just theory - it's the perspective of someone who has actually done it.
You'll explore the core principles of enterprise and innovation, the tools and frameworks used in strategy, marketing and finance, and the role that firm size plays in shaping the entrepreneurial process. You'll also examine the factors that innovative entrepreneurs face when developing new ideas, and the policy environment that shapes how innovation is supported and rewarded.
This course is particularly well suited to practitioners looking to formalise their understanding, career changers moving into business, and aspiring entrepreneurs who want to build their thinking on solid foundations.
A second-class undergraduate degree or equivalent experience is useful for context, but the course is taught accessibly - no prior business qualification is required.
By the end, you'll have a clear framework for thinking about entrepreneurship and innovation, and the confidence to apply it to your own ideas and ventures.
Enrol today and take the first step toward building a business that doesn't just survive - but innovates.
